Closed loop advice

Been doing a little tuning of my maps recently and hitting prety good AFRs for part throttle, etc
thought id give the closed loop function a go now i have a closer map to help the mpg etc, so clicked the option but it apears not to be working I am not seeing any Strim or LTrim and the O2 reading in the sensors window is sitting at 3.88 Volts, going to check my output from my lc-1 this afternoon, as i use the narrow band output to O2 and the wideband output to eld, the wideband works fine with Hondata and this is what i have used so far for the tunning
is there another step i need to do other than just clicking closed loop, like setting the lambda sensor back to stock in the wideband lambda menu?, would be nice to use the Narrowband output for closed loop, and still have the wideband in the background for logging etc,
still getting use to using the system so appoligies if i have missed the obvious
Cheers
