odb-2 integra ls

my buddy has a 99 acura integra.
he going to turbo it in a few month.
we want to run hondata s300.
we want to convert to obd1 now to have it ready.

can we get a obd-1 ls ecu
and obd2-obd1 harness
plug them in and crank the car?

do we need to change the injectors, dizzy, any sensors?

to be clear we are not swaping motors. its a full obd2 car

YOu have not said if you have a VTEC engine or not. IF it's a non-vtec engine then an OBD1 P75 will work with the s300. You will not need to change the distributor or any sensors.
