will the additional components cost anything to install if the ecu is sent to hondata?

So the only option is to send it in? can we purchase the parts and do it?

Please, please, don't attempt to add the parts yourself unless you have successfully socketed ECUs and have the right equipement. Your dealer can get the installation kit and do the install for you.

Please e-mail me the information also, you guys have seen my work. just need to know what parts are required and where to put them.

C427@yahoo.com

edit, I see the parts, just need to know the part numbers of the transistors, is the large one a "2SD1594" ? and if the diode is regular or zener. looks like a regular

I also have a question about using the air conditioning switch to select between low boost and high boost. I could never get it to work with the launch limiter. you don't have to have the a/c installed for the ecu to see that the a/c switch is on or off do you??

so i can send in my ECU and get the gear-based boost NOW? what kind of turn around time are we talking?
$50 is a hell of a lot better than buying an electronic boost controller

i'll take your reply as a "yes". so, if we have a competent hondata dealer/installer to do the job, how do we order the parts? or, do we just have him do it?
