This is what i use for my lude, Intake, hi-flow cat, cat-back. AFR is good through all rpms, very slight issues with timing tho.

Your smanager wouldn't load it? did it bring up an error or such? What version is your Smanager? I think that file is from Smanager 1.1.7

deafy, did you change the a/f on this calibration from 14.7 to something a bit richer at WOT?

yea i think i set the target lambda to 12.9. I dont have the laptop with me at the moment to check. Lately its been running a tad bit too rich, i haven't had the time to change it tho.

Ok i got it to work. But the idle is jumpy and the car stalled within 5 mins of it running and wouldnt start again

I had that problem only with the update of 1.1.7... before that it was perfect... as for the jumpy idle, if you have wideband o2, you should be able to datalog it and find out which box is too rich/lean and adjust for it. I haven't been able to do this cuz its been raining for the last 4 days and been workin on my friend's wrx stage 2 upgrades.

ok deafy, i've tried your calibration, the idle was a bit low so i lifted it to 900 and its fine now. haven't experienced any problems, just a sound when shifting, sounds like someone throwing sand in to a bucket, other than that its fine. when you get round to it update your calib for the new a/f cos my wideband bung is stuck and i cant use it at the moment. BTW the vtec is set a 5k but it doesn't come on in third till bout 5600 for me

It idles fine on my car, this is a calibration with STOCK headers and cat delete. Put some PB blaster on the wideband bung to screw it out. Let it soak in overnight and it should work. I had to physically take out the cat converter and bolt it onto an engine stand and use an adjustable wrench with a LONG extension to get the stock O2 out. As for your VTEC engagement at 5600, is that rpm readin from your gauge or from Smanager? If its actually at 5k on Smanager, your tach is a bit off. My gauge reads 5300-5400 when it engages. When racing i shift at 7900-8000 rpms according to my gauge, rev limiter is set at 7600, shift light at 7500, shift light comes on near 8k.

i'm running the stock header aswell. the tacho reading was off the tach in the car, in 3rd it hit vtec @ 5600 but in 4th it hit at bout 5200. i'm noticing a slight bog at bout 3k, due to get the lambda up soon so i'll let you know. BTW when i get to the rev limiter my CEL comes on, is that normal?

The slight bog i've been having a little of... i think timing's off at that point. The CEL light is the shift light so you're fine.
