Help me with my S300

I have a S300 but not reading the O2 oxygen sensor in display and I install a new oxygen sensor but only sy 0.00. not reading in the display. Is the stock oxygen sensor OEM, in Civic Sohc with P28 Ecu. please help me

The display is for use with a Wideband, not the stock narrowband.
