No reading from kpro on the computer

ok my install didn't seems to want to help me..so here is my problem..at first i was having trouble uploading the calibration...but after i installed the latest version of kmanager and update teh usb drive i was able to upload the calib..but however i couldn't do any datalog nor display any reading..pretty much the're was no reading on any sensor as it would usually move..the datlog stop recording by itself after like 3 seconds...so please help me out..

From the help menu run 'reinstall drivers' then 'test usb'.

i did that for about a million time..my dealer told me to use the 2.1.3 version or something bc he experienced the same problem. and i've been trying to download that version and i couldn't..if you can link me to download it i'll give it an try. thanks

What does Test USB say? Have you followed the help file troubleshooting and looked at the Device Manager?

You cannot use an older version. Using version 1.2.1.8 please clear the security (online, tools, clear security), then upload a new calibration and see if the problme goes away. If you have been downloading calibrations from the ecu then you calibration may be corrupted.

hey whats up I have the same problem on my car with the datalog, what is up with that. I tried following the steps it shows to remove the drivers through add/remove programs and i do and reinstall them like it shows in the help section and it does the same thing. I did the test and sometimes it says its working properly or it says that its not and to delete the old drivers and go through the help section on how it tells you to do it and I did and I still have the same issue. Please help me out and thanks alot.

Go to Online, Tools and clear security. After that has happened, close the program and reoopen it and upload a fresh calibration from File, New.

the usb test was fine..it say my driver was up to date..
