Post by rotten777 »

i recently upgraded to the latest version of the k-manager and retuned my ep3. i reset all the same parameters (idle, rev limit, 2 stage, etc.) and now i have a green key flashing on the instrument panel.

immobilizer is disable. i'm confused. any help?

If you disable the immobilizer the immobilizer light on the dash will flash unless you unplug the unit around the key.

Have you tried enabling it? What Hondata is saying is that if it's disabled the immobilizer also needs to be unplugged.

enabling it makes the car not start. where is the immobilizer so i can unplug it? i never plugged anything in to cause this. that's why i'm so confused.

Have you tried clearing security and uploading the calibration agian? You may also try clearing security and uploading a new PNF calibration to see if the problem goes away...perhaps your calibration is corrupted.
