Reusing someone's 05+ RSX reflash

I just sold my 05 K-PRO bundle and as such I believe I'll just get the reflash and call it a day.
I'm in communication with a member on CRSX about buying his pre-flashed 05 ECU and as such I was wondering if I could remove the immobilizer and start my vehicle.
I am trying to avoid going to my local Acura dealer and I do not mind running without the immobilizer until I can make it to Memphis to get it matched.
Is there any way to start the vehicle with a reflashed ECU that is not coded to the immobilizer, even if the immobilizer is removed? BTW: My keys obviously match my ignition.

It will not run until you get the key an immobilizer matched to the new ecu.
pay for reflash again? if reflash is erased by dealer.

I am in the same situation that I might buying a 05 Type-S reflahsed from other memeber and probably going to rematch the key and immobilizer at the dealer. (this member is going to include the receipt of the reflash from hondata). What if dealer messed up resetting the ECU during matching the immobilizer? would i get the reflash for free or have to pay the full price of reflash from hondata? reply me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dealer would have to physically destroy the ECU, as they usually cannot overwrite the reflash, even if they try.
Get the dealer to follow this and you should be fine:
