Will running a water injection system on my Supercharged ITR motor, affect the way that the k-pro operates? Is there a way that i could tie it in to the k-pro? or will i have to have a seperate controller for the Injection system? Just wondering.

You can set it up using the nitrous controls.

If the ecu doesnt' have the pinouts, that doesn't mean you cannot still remove fuel / add some timing at the same point you have an external triggering device setup to go say with a pressure switch.

I'm about to install water injection on my supercharged rsx, however, I have a PRB ecu and it will be controlling the water/methanol pump. If I were in your shoes, mind you that I am inexperienced in this, I would initially tune to 11.8 or so and try to add timing / remove fuel a little bit after the wi would activate on it's own. Obviously this is a bit of a risk, but hopefully you can prevent any accidents with lean protection since methanol in the mixture will richen you up by around 7 - 10% if I recall correctly.

Personally, I'd rather control it with a PRB ecu, but that's just me.

Hopefully hondata will chime in here to confirm or deny my thoughts on this matter as I simply am not an expert.

The PRC does not have any of the emissions inputs and outputs to use the Nitrous controls.

so do who has done it with a prc ecu? Just would like to see like a simple wire diagram i guess.... would i do it off the throttle body for the switch or what?

To use Nitrous controls, you will need to use a PRB ecu.

Thats if i want to use the nitros controlls... is there anouther way to do it?
