Hondata

I installed my s300j today but when i plug in the ecu I get a constant check engine light. Constant Red light from the s300. I can upload calibrations, but I can't datalog, and the car runs very lean. For Ic3, my hondata came shipped with a chip named AC373 instead of HC373... Could this be the problem? If not help please. The ecu i'm using is a JDM P08.

It sounds like it is the socketing. Check all the soldered connections for bad joints / lifted tracks. The AC373 will work.

Make sure that J4 has been removed per the instructions on the website for socketing a JDM ecu for S300j.

Thanks guys. I took Hondatas advice and touched up all the solder connections and sure enough everything works now...
