Any help would be deaply apreciated, i have a d16y5, hondata s300 professionally installed and tunned (whatever that means) lol, cp pistons 0.20 over bore, eagle rods, 255 walbro fuel, 450cc injectors, port and polished head, clutch masters stage 4, full exhaust 2.5, skunk2 mega power muffler, t3 custom turbo kit, intercooled, 10psi,

now to the problem, the best numbers i could put up in 3 runs at 10psi is 137.1whp @ 5200rpm 143.7 torque @ 4900rpm, this was done on a mustang dyno, ive checked everything possible under the hood, my compression test came out fine same with leak down 2-3% in each cylinder. the only thing i can think of is my tunning calibrations, please if anyone thinks they can help let me know ill be more than happy to email you my calibrations, thanks again for your time mike,

I would try a different ECU just to check if everything is working in order. Yesterday I was helping someone tune a stock h22 with my chipped p28 ecu using crome...ran a couple of runs...but the car doesnt seem like it's 100%. It made 114whp! Checked everything..change the plugs...A/F was at 13.8. Couldn't figure out..so we tried another ecu..same map loaded on the Ostrich...boom..made 175WHP!

So...try another ecu with someone and see...good luck.
