as the title states i have a source(very hard to find in aus) with 2 jdm ecus and 2 s300Js.

i have sourced myself a p28 USDM but he has the two people pull out and wants to do a trade with me.
he has a JDM P72 and P08.

I want to keep the P28 as they're a more popular ecu to use with the s300 but dont dont think the s300j is compatible with the usdm p28 i have.

idealy i would claim the p72 but he wants to keep it and tells me the p08 is effectivly the same.

u may say yeah just get the s300 unit but in australia it is really hard to source hondata, the hondata dealer here seems to just have the price too high and he will only source it for u if u agree to let him tune it.

summing it up, i want to keep my p28 which is USDM, can the s300j be installed on the p28?

What dealer is this? If you have a P28 and want an s300, he should order it for you. This is what our dealers are there for. If you do not wish to publicly post this information, please send it to support @ hondata.com.

what i said is i dont like going through the "hondata dealer" here in aus coz he requires that he tunes the car, and when he did a tune on my mates car it ran stupidly rich and was a very sub par tune.
i have my tuner and he is the only one ill let touch the cars tune.

so ive gone through someone else i know but he has 2 cheap s300js that he can offload.

ive done some thinking and in the end i got him to order the normal s300 unit, shouldnt be too long now :D

so ill be running the s300 on my P28 :D
