S300 air conditoning compressor not cutting on???????

2000 Acura Type R with P28 chipped ecu. When using the A/C the compressor is not cutting on. I have tried the different settings within the software and have not been able to get the A/C to blow cold air because the compressor is not cutting on. I have removed the relay from the fuse box and used a jumper wire and the compressor will then cut on. The relay is good, I tried another one and still had the same issue. I am going to swap this ECU out with the stock one and see if the problem still occurs. Has anyone else had this problem?? Also I have the A/C setting in the software manager set to cut off at 7000 rpm so thats not the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Tested in my 98 ITR and AC is working perfectly fine. You may have a problem with the ecu itself. Make sure you don't have a nitrous control, launch control or full throttle shift setting set to use the ac signals.
