car not starting! that red light??

well like it says car not starting had it in my 95 coupe and it ran fine now i plug it in my 97 hatch and it doesnt start the red light just stays lit and i plug in another ecu and it works fine. is it my ecu?

Are you using an adapter harness? Does the ecu work with teh s300 on an OBD1 car still?

yes im using a jumper and no not anymore! fuel pump wont even prime

If the pump will not prime it sounds like the ecu is damaged.

Well will the hondata still be good if I buy another ecu?Because the red light is just staying on and not turning off,even when I put it in another car.I dont wanna waste money on a new ecu if it still isn't gonna work

The lights are not a good indicator. Until you try it in a known good ecu, it is hard to say for sure.
