i'm tuning an h22 with itb, as what i've read, i should use alpha n, to tune the car through tps. so u choose alpha n in my s300. i set the map reading to be 100mbar at tps =0, and 1bar at tps = 100%. however, when i datalog, the highlighted part goes to the middle column (around 500mbar) and playing arnd 500-800mbar. but the tps is reading only 6%. i cant get it tuned!!! help.....

finally i got it to idle at 800rpm. i used 50mbar at tps = 0..

now the problem is, when im going WOT, it only goes to 500mbar (5th column). i only get readings at 1st 2nd, (idle), and 5th and 6th (500mbar), even if i just step tha gas a little, (tps = 10%) and when i go WOT (tps = 99%), it only goes up tp 500mbar.. :(

Notice the readings that the software uses for Alpha-N are in kPa. Go to Options, settins and change both the vacuum and boost to read in kPa and then make sure they are both reading from Absolute.

i had the older software, and it reads mbar in the alpha-n, i just used the new version, and it worked perfectly..

but datalogging gets disconnected most of the time during passes at the dyno...what could be causing that?

What type of ignition system do you have and what spark plugs do you have?

The external coil could be the cause of the interferance that is interupting your datalogging.
