i own a prelude bb6 h22a obd2a
will be buying a chipped p28 with s300 in a couple weeks and as ive got coilovers on their way from japan i wont be able to have my unit tuned straight up.
im sourcing it through a guy who knows heaps about it and will have install it all in working order so all that is left is to have it tuned. he tells me he will upload the stock h22a base map and the car will run on that.
now at the moment i just got the standard I/H/E setup but will be getting skunk 2 IM and TB and a hondata heatshield gasket, i want to have the unit tuned after i get these last bolt ons before i do internals.
basicall all i need to know is that the car will run fine without being tuned if its running on the h22a basemap,
timeline:
get unit-->get last bolt ons, 4weeks later-->have it tuned, 5weeks after purchasing the IM TB and gasket.
i will not install the TB IM and gasket untill maybe a couple days before tuning so can i run the basemap for say 2 months with just I/H/E mods?
cant see why not if im running the stock ecu with those mods lol.just had to check.
