Throwing a New code, P0123 TPS High Voltage WTF?

What the hell is this code? ANd what could it mean? I friend suggested while my car was down for the RBC install that my TPS could have gone bad? Is this the case?

Pretty much self-explainatory. The ECU has seen an unusal reading from the TPS. The correct trouble shooting procedure is to follow the guide in the helms manual, but you might want to start by checking the wiring to the TPS for an obvious problems. If you can try another throttle body, do so, and that will eliminate the TPS as a problem.
