Help on setting ITBs

I used alpha-N (s300 on P72 ECU) on a car with an intake manifold, just to see if the alpha-N setting works. I used 110mbar for throttle fully closed and 1000mbar for throttle fully open. The car started but map tracing was not working normally (the car idled in columns 2-3 just like before).
Do I have to disconnect the map sensor? Anything else?
