No, the ECU must be modified for the 05 RSX as well, so they are sold as a package.

What if I buy a Kpro'd 02-04 RSX ECU? Hoe much will it be to get it to work for my 2006 Type-S? Thank you!

It is $200 to modify the ecu and include the adapter harness. You will also have to pay for shipping.
