intermittent CEL

Setup--- s100b, p28, 0bd2b-obd1 jumper in a 99 Si
Basically I get a random little stumble, followed by a CEL that stays on for just maybe 10-15 seconds---and it happens under cruise conditions and idling , luckily not under boost yet..but the car runs great other that that.Any ideas?
