AF ratio not budging

I have had my K-Pro installed in my Euro EP3 for about two weeks now.
I have a DC-Sport header without a cat and both stock O2 sensors is installed.
I ran the factory map initially for a short while and slightly after that a kalibration called Palmers modified 3 which is supposed to be tuned for the parts I have installed.
The car is running great and I have no knocks.
I have no flashing MIL probably because the OBDII is disabled... (Also the "Disable P0134" is greyed out)
However, my AF ratio won't change no matter how much throttle I give, it is staying constantly on 14.70:1. Even though the AFCMD is 12.46:1 the AF is still 14.70:1.
Both O2 sensors is giving voltage readings.
I also tried to enabled the OBDII to see if the AF ratio changed (even though I just ran it for 5 minutes), but it didn't.
Is there something wrong with the AF ratio reading or is the map tuned in that way that it shouldn't change?
Is there anything I should be aware of?
Is there any advantages by running with the OBDII enabled?
I am now waiting to install ITR-cams next week and after that I will get a proper map individually tuned for my car.
