here the problem i am having? i have a sony vaio"modal#vga-fs810w"witch usb to serial would work with my s200 set up? the usb to serial i have do not work. can any one help me with this.

We only recommend using Keyspan USB to serial adapter. You can get this from any Hondata dealer, or from www.keyspan.com
