Fuel Overload on stock Calibration

I need help with trimming my fuel, for some reason even with the stock injectors and stock calibration my INJ is 10ms at idle! I'll start by listing the mods I have, its a 03' 5sp base RSX with: K&N short ram intake, stock throttle body bored out to ~70mm tappered down to ~65mm, Type R intake manifold with heat gasket, had type s injector in but put back stock ones, DC short header heat wrapped, and jdm (think its 2"1/4"in) cat back exhaust. The car also dies if I try to run it or turn the fuel down and give it more than like 5% throttle. I work at an Acura dealership and had a tech plug it in to the computer to check the codes but nothing came up. I also just called the company who did my throttle body and he said maybe the sensors are plugged in wrong on the TB, so I'm going to try that. Please, any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you, John Tweer

Your map sensor is not reading properly. Either you have the plugs swapped, or you have damaged the map sensor. Check your instllation of the TB, and you may want to try putting th estock TB back on.

Thats exactly what I was planning on doing today, but theres the problem, I had a type s throttle body on there for temp cause it had a bad TPS sensor, I just got my stock one back from being bored out and thats when this problem started, so I'm going to see if it runs better if I plug in the type S MAP sensor before I tear it apart. I'll let you know later what happens.

Ok so I have the type S MAP sensor in the car now and its been idling for about 40 minutes now and its come down to 4ms INJ but I started the relerning of the MAP sensor with -25% overall fuel trim becuase the car kept dying half way throu, and I thought it might be the voltage for I had my explorer hooked up to the battery running to see if that helped but apparently thats not the case. I'm going to let it run for a bit longer to see if it comes down any further. Any other suggestions? Oh and I've been trying to datalog it but the files I save just come up blank, am I doing it wrong, I record for a few mins, then save the file to the desktop but they just come up blank.

WHile datalogging look at your map...it's not reading correctly. You have a problem somewhere. I would recommend takgin the car to your nearest Hondata delaer to have them help you diagnose the problem.
The datalogs you posted work fine...I'm not sure what you mean they are blank. THe datalogs show a Map sensor problem.

Found the problem. Of corse it was something small being over looked and I kick myself in the ass for this one, because I studied the service manuals for the RSX for awhile before I decided to get a new manifold and bore out my stock throttle body. It was definately the MAP sensor but the problem was that there was no channel on my throttle body for the map sensor since I have a base model it was on the old manifold, so we made a new channel on my TB and it runs great. Now I just need to lean it out a little bit up top for max gains. Check this datalog out.
