Dataloggin error, please help

I have Hondata S300 in P30ECU.
> The up and the download works perfect.
> But if i touch the datalogging button, the red light turns on in the ECU.
> It works sometimes, but if it works, then works not correctly :(
What is the solution for this problem?

What is the complete code on the side of the ecu? 37820-P30-???

sounds like an ecu socketing problem. Go over the installation. Verify each pin has a connection to the processor as it should.
