Stolen ECU

I recently purchased a 92 prelude which had it's ECU stolen. The car has an H22A and a M2Y4 tranny swap. The car ran fine before it was stolen, so I'm pretty sure the setup worked before I got the car. My question is which ECU should I get in order to be able to use the S300 system later on. I'm looking at an ECU that is already socketed w/ a spoon chip on ebay right now, and the price seems fair. It's a P13, would that give me the option to later on run Hondata S300 on my lude?

Thanks in advance.

THe P13 cannot be used. You will need to use one of the compatible OBD1 ecus from the list at http://www.hondata.com/ecus.html

Ok it states that for a US H22A you can use P72,P28,P30,P61,P08J,P30J,P72J

But I have a JDM H22A, whould it make a difference? Also, if I get the ECU before I get Hondata, will I be able to run my car safely until I get Hondata?

Thanks.

it makes no difference if the engine is from the US, Japan, or the moon. In stock form those ecu's will not run the engine well, if at all.
