ReFlash with Airbox Intake???

Hi

I'm interested in getting the Reflash..
Saw in the website,

There was a dyno chart results for Manual Transmission TSX with intake
compare between 'Stock 06 with reflash' and 'Stock 06 with reflash and cold air intake '

In the chart, it shows the loss in torque from 2400 to 3200 rpm.

Currently I'm on ARC induction box and I was wondering will I suffer a loss in torque at that RPM range also?
As most of the time, I in city driving.. Having a better Responsiveness and having a better pick up is my main concern..

Is there any Dyno Chart available for 'Stock 06 with reflash and ARC '?
