- the calibration (To Come..)
Its at Euro CTR 03, in the K-pro VTP is allways OFF (is this correct), Goes ON whan we unplug it..
the VTEC is set to enable at 4000, and at 0 pressure, but at 4K nothing happens. should K-Pro not try to engage, and then give error if it not happens ???

we have tryed to disable VTP Check.. still no VTEC :(

what can we check, the wireing have been checked, and is ok, the VALVE can be manually engaged by wire in harness...

Is this car naturally aspirated?

Yes, it is N/A
we are invistagiting to see if the OIL channels is jammed..

post the calibration you are using.

0 pressure will never be reached in a naturally aspirated vehicle. It sounds like you may have your parameters set incorrectly.

When "TABLE follow VTEC" is set, and VTEC pressure is DISABLED, PLUG disconnected.. VTEC Set to 4000,

how come the tables NEVER switch over.. lets assume, that the VTEC solinode is broken, then it's ok VTEC never engage.. BUT, should the tablen not switch over... we have NO log at all on high cams.. but A LOT on the LOW cam, also above 4000RPM...

p.s. the setup is on the way...

Tryed today, with the STOCK K20A2 program from hondata..
i was wondering, why is CAMCMD = 0, when in the table it says it should be 10->20

it seems more and more, that there is oil missing..
no oilpressure, no VTEC and VTC
the engine have now run a total of 4000km
the small VTC filter is fine??

/Rat

p.s.
VTEC:
5000 80
5300 45

Cam angle 0 at idle is normal. Post your calibration and a datalog. I hope you find the missing oil.

Ok, i have checked the engine yesteday, the cams have been changed with come TODA N2, it's the generated a Cams Out Of Phase, but the
error was just disabled in K-Pro, i did not expect TODA to make cams, that would make such an error, so i opened the engine.. and what did i
see.. the Intake CAM was 1 tooth off GRRR...

ohh well..fixed the problem and reseambled the engine, and ????, now i at first impression seems to go into VTEC.. ???

just to give you guys a heads up on this one.

It was the exhaust cam not installed properly which caused this problem :(
So a couple of days wasted on that mess.

yeps.. and the next problem was the TODA program we had, every time we used the TODA program, we got Daughter board Com error, but if we used a stock program, we did NOT !!

p.s. when it runs.. IT's pulling my face off ;)

it was the battery voltage which was too low causing the daughter board comm errors :(
The car hasvery small light weight battery used for racing. It's the wrong place to save weight when it can't deliver enough amps and voltage. :?
Car runs great now and dynoed 225whp with a quick tune (because we were short on time due to all the daughter board comm errors we lost 1 day of dynoe time and one day on an airfield..*sigh*)
In a couple of weeks it's back to the dyno for a full day.Hoping to see 240whp or so.. 8)
