Wrong injector size in my BIN?

Just got the bin image off my 27256 and opened it up in SManager since I'm upgrading to the S300. In the "Convert V3 ROM" dialog box it's showing the stock injector size as being 240cc. When I was datalogging with the S200 it was showing that the injectors were running at 96%. Is that number correct or is it 96% of the 240cc? Shouldn't my tuner have set it to 345cc (for my H22A1)? What would I need to change once I change the injector size to 345cc?
Thanks for reading... and responding :)

I just realized I was asking about this way back in Dec... so here's the bin file attached in case it would help...
Thanks

ignore what it says for the stock size...does the car run the same without making changes to the bin when you load it into the smanagaer software?

I don't have the S300 hooked up yet. But the current injector size is also set to 240cc.
Thanks.

If the the stock inj size for an H22 states it is 310, and I have the 345 I think, shoul I change it in the current injector size, or leave it a 310? And should this make the car run very rich?

OK so it seems that as long as the Stock injector size = Current Injector size the Duty Cycle % table values stay the same. I entered in there 180 / 180 and the duty cycle stayed the same. Today, I finally plugged in the ECU with the newly installed S300, uploaded the converted calibration from the S200 and the car seemed to run fine... (no time for test drive)
BTW dunno if this is the expected behavior, but modifying the Injector sizes and tabbing away didn't update the Estimated Duty Cycle table. I had to click to lets say the low cam table and then back to the high cam table to see the updated values.
Also the undo function doesn't seem to refresh reverted changes that were done in the 2d graphs. If the value is 100 originally in the table and I modified it by dragging the bar to show 200, hitting Undo won't show the 100 back in the table. However, the Modified flag dissappears and if you close and reopen the calibration the original 100 is back there... dunno if you guys care about the little bugs like that...

So if I just use the Stock 310cc's it should run fine and not very rich at all?
