air fuel ratio still follows AFCMD in openloop on PRC ECU

On my JDM Type R with PRC ECU, the AFR still occasionally follows AFCMD in open loop. Kmanager 1.2.1.3. Is there a way around this?

Can you post a datalog? There is a knee point at about 80 kPa.

The Disable closeloop above xxx kpa has effect even though close loop is disabled. If I set xxx to something like 150kpa and disable closeloop this 12.49CMD never happens. If say closeloop disabled is set at 80kpa then any time above 80kpa and TPS is low (havent figured out exactly where) AFR follows CMD. This somehow becomes a closeloop accel enrichment. Is there a way to set this 12.49 AFCMD? Perhaps I can set 13.2 AFCMD?
