How to reset my K-Pro ecu?

did this.. now my ecu doesnt make the clickin noise it made when u upload a map. and the car revvs at 3k spudder and backfiring.

First, if you have an engine swap or any part of the ECU wiring harness has been altered, stop and go no further until you have fixed the vehicle wiring.
Next make sure that your laptop recognises the ECU ('online' in the bottom left) and shows when the ignition is on ('ignition on' in the bottom left). If this doesn't happen, stop, go no further until you have fixed the problem (which is probably USB drivers).
Then clear the security. Again, if this doesn't work, there is no point going to the next step. Now upload a calibration. If these steps don't work, there is little point even starting the car. Check that the KPro is listed in the device manager as 'Hondata K-Series ECU' (these steps are in the help file). If still no joy then try a different laptop and/or try the ECU in a different vehicle (difficult with a 05).
