K20a2/K24a1 calibration

Post by RiSX »

Will there be a K20a2/K24 calibration coming out soon? I know that there are a lot of people out their with this combination and so I was just wondering if the calibration was in the works.

Assuming you mean a K20A cylinder head on a K24A1 engine. Unless the engine has zero or only one modification from stock, calibrations are just starting points for tuning. In this case, there is little difference in tuning time and effort starting with a stock calibration or a pre-made calibration.
Use a K20A2 calibration as a starting point, adjusted for the injector size.

K24A2 or K24/K20 Hybrid , OEM 310cc injectors, RBC Intake Manifold (2006 Si), DC5 Type S throttle body, Karcepts throttle body adapter, DTR header, Fujitsobo Power Getter exhaust, Injen CAI, Locash Racing Tuning

But Hondata said it best.

I would suggest taking it to your tuner to get properly tuned.
