Ok ive have tryed a bunch of differnt things, i have a B16 in a del sol that is really built for a turbo, but i am running it N/A right now, it is sleeved, and bored out to 84mm running 9.5:1 comp. , it has GSR cams and is ported and polished. i have a P72 ecu w/ an S200 system. For some reason the car just feels like it has an abnormal lack of tourqe, i know these motors dont make much tourqe but it just feels real low, i have an integra LS transmission on the car as well. i have replaced just about every sensor, checked the timing(its at 16 degrees), and the T belt is in the correct position. Is this because of the low comression? maybe its the gearing in the LS trans? it does not even pull like an integra LS. I plan on boosting, but i want the motor running how it should before i do so ANY IDEAS? please get back to me

well i have now decided to just stay N/A, i have no problem doing the work, but does anyone know how to solve this best? i am thinking of like 11:1 pistons and a set of cams and maybe an ignition if funding allows. the motor is bored out to 84mm so i think that will help me out in an allmotor aplication, please get back to me

Using Lower Compression pistons...
I have an Integra gsr,that i just dropped a set of wisceos w/ eagle rods and dropping the compression to 8.2 , I feel that the car is the same performance wise.
yeah i think it is the same as peformance wise also, i went thru all the trouble to change out my pistons and i did not feel much (if any) gain in power at any rpm, but i have now finished this car for now with crower stage 2 all motor cams, msd sport compact ignition, and a few other goodies, i have a 95 del sol VTEC trans in it, i am still just not happy with the car tho, i mean it pulls 10,000 rpm very easy but it is now for sale on autotrader i think im gonna buy and 06 RSX
