ok i searched and could not find what i was looking for. maybe someone here could help me. I recently put a set of diy ITBs (cause i'm poor) on my set up. My question is on a s200 is there anyway to make the colloms smaller, because on part throutle it sits on collom 5/6. I have been told it has be done but i have tryed ever thing i can think of and if it makes any diff these are off a cbr.

Ok i searched agen and found this but i don't quite under stand but i'm suppose to export the bin, then use notpad to change the values, and load the rom and import the tables. now my question how do i open notpad with the bin?
