Ok i just got my s300 and i know nothing about it really, and i have a calibration for the p72 (b18) and I was going through and typing in my parameters and put in my fuel injector size. but have no clue what % all the fuel trims should be and what cold start should be? any help would be great i guess im just trying to get a good base map. If anyone could help out that would be awesome thanks.

And if it matters my car is a b18a turbo with 780cc injectors.

Is that a stock motor? Do you have a wideband? Without a wideband, it's going to be a little hard to determine where the best setting is for you.
