my car after installing honda is running somekind of safe mode..
rev limiter is at 4k..
CEL is on..
when i check my codes the srs light blink till i take the jumper out..
does not tell codes..
i can connect to the ecu and load maps but can not read sensors..
green and red light stay on..

i did mess up 2 tracks on my ecu but fixed it..
all the pins that have tracks i can follow are ok..

would be helpful if someone made a guide to testing if all your pins have a good connection

ex.. XX pin on IC4 connects to XX pin on IC3

that way people could be sure all pins are connected

also if i did mess up how can i buy the pins and the small chip..
don;t think i could get them out

can you connect your laptop to your ecu or datalog? this might be helpful that way you can read your actual cel. if you think you burnt your tracks the best thing to do is overnight your ecu to hondata. i didnt want to get any problems like you and others are having so in the begenning i just paid the extra money and sent my ecu into hondata.

It sounds like you have damaged the ecu. Hondata will look at your ecu and attempt to repair it for a minimum of $75.
