I took my car up there for the 3rd time and they still werent able to fix this problem. they tried everything they could on the HDS system. Once again this is not my original ecu. what is my problem?

The immobilizer must be enabled in order to reprogram the immobilizer to the ecu.

yes it is immoblized whne they were working on it.
