TWM indiv. throttle body system

Post by TRUSTtuned »

I have a question regarding the TWM indiv. throttle body kit for my H22/Prelude(www.twminduction.com) will I be able to run this set-up using the S200 system...or will I need to go w/ a motec or other set-up? Anybody have thoughts on this. sorry about the pic sizes and that's NOT my engine by the way...will be shortly though

There's no reason why you can't run hondata with TWM. I'd think of how to mount the IAC. But that is easy but tedious.

TWM has provisions for it...in fact i think they even sell one for the set up....if you look to the far right runner you'll see the bung/mounting spot for it...and thanks for the info

The tricky part is to get an accurate vacuum reading from individuals, otherwise the MAP will tend to read very low vacuum. Try running one vacuum hose from each throttle body into an accumulator and then take the MAP reading from that. If you look at an engine with factory ITBs then you'll see what I mean (I've seen it on the Nissan Pulsar GTI and a Toyota from early 90s).
