Hello,

I am getting very bad gas mileage. I got around 160 per full tank of 12 gallons.

My setup is k24a2, dc headers, and shortram intake!!
My dyno cal files is uploaded. Please point out to me where the problem is at. I can't afford to drive the car at this rate of bad gasmileage...

what can be wrong.. I have no CEL. Have the O2 hooked up etc..
Please help if you can..

What is your short and long term fuel trims? What AF (using an independent meter) does the car run at? Post a datalog as well if possible.

using oem o2 sensor with kpro. I will post data log soon. right now car doesn't have enough gas.

Verify the AF using an independent meter.

There is something wrong with the alternator voltage regulation and the battery voltage is unstable. This is affecting some sensor readings and the injector duration.

yea I notice that. looks like the alternator is bad..

my shitty luck.. I will try to get a new alternator see what happens..

also when I am on the throttle I feel a light jerk/hesitation on very light throttle. but when I let of the gas paddle its doesn't do that..

what do you think is causing it???

I want to get it fixed and have no clue what is causing it because alternator is charging the battery.. battery voltage via the Fluke is well within specs..

please let me know what might be causing it.. :!:

If your alternator is going, regardless of what it is doing at idle, it's probably not going to keep the whole system supplied with correctly regulated voltage when it's driving the ignition system at anything other than idle speeds. When I had a bad battery in a car I was working on, it would work perfect in 1st and reverse, but second gear the car would jerk, sputter, and eventually die. We were puzzeled as to the problem until the car stopped turning over with the classic dead battery symptoms.

Well the battery is being charged.

I don't know if alternator is bad. I know for a fact that the Battery voltage goes up and down during the data log but when measuring with the DVOM the battery voltage is 14+. So it might be the hondata kpro software. I don't think that means a bad alternator since I can drive the car without having any issues.

Doesn't get any more clear than that. Voltage regulator is usually part of the alternator. Regardless of it's ability to charge the battery, your car isn't being fed a constant range of voltages for it to correctly operate.

what exact sensors are being affected??
also about the injector duration I was wondering what is it causing the injectors to do?? looking into getting another alternator soon..

also forgot to mention.

I am running 14" tires in front!!

does that have to do with anything with getting 150miles per full tank???
maybe it needs 16" rims don't know just a thought..

??

Probably a wiring problem like the other wiring problems this car has had.

only thing I can think off is that I will try an older version of hondata.

cause the alternator voltage was steady before. where can I get the older version of hondata??

cause the wiring hasn't changed since then only the hondata software has changed.. :o
