Start S300 with P28 in H22A first time...tips!

So im about to run my S300 the first time in a Dynapac with my laptop..any one could give me some good advice , were to start :)?
Want the car to be optimized on the Dragstrip..

S300 JDM bin?s for the JDM Lude H22A ??
Any one have they want to share pls ?
Also the B16A2 EURO version is needed...
