How to download the current program/maps from the ecu

So my friend just got a rsx with k-pro. Supposebly it was tuned, after doing a couple of 3rd gear pulls today the datalog showed it needs a some fine tuning. It shows a high knock count during a few lean spots. I dont want to start with a fresh base map and I wasnt able to download the maps from the ecu - How exactly do I open the current maps that the ecu is running right now, I need to open them so I can fine tune the lean spots and maybe even take out timing. Thanks

The only way would be to contact the person that tuned it and get the calibration files from them.
