new to forums s200

hey everyone new to the forums .. just purchased my s200 unit . and was wondering if i can run the chip that came witht he system on my currently chiped ECU . i was thinking of just removing the custom chip .. and installing the hondata one . BUT my question is should i desolder the latch chip ::small chip:: and use the one that came with my s200 unit or u think ill be safe runing the ones thats al ready there ?

There is no need to remove the latch. All Hondata systems are chipped with a blank chip unless your dealer burned a base map to the chip for you.

ok man thanks so all i ahve to do i solder hte plug for the s200 blue box
