Lower VTEC

How can I lower VTEC of the calibration itrcams-hdr that comes at 5300 to pass it at 4800?
How do I modify the angles?low or high cam?

KPRO NOTES:
European Civic Type R ITR cams, GruppeM intake, Spoon headers and exhaust. This header and midpipe had too much restriction necessitating a high Vtec point. With better headers and exhaust, lower the vtec, advance the cam angle under 5200 rpm to 50 degrees and add fuel where lean. A cold air intake (compared to the Gruppe M) will add about 5 HP in the midrange from 4500-5800 rpm.

Thanks.

I have Jackson Racing race header, ITR cams, Mugen airbox, kpro.

Will I have problems with the calibration of the RSX-S for my mods changed for the European?

You cannot use a PRB (RSX) calibration on PRA ECU.
