rev limiter

If I just wanted to bump my rev limiter to 8,600 or 9,000 once i get my valvetrain done could i get only the rev limiter bumped by a hondata dealer?

No, There are only the reflashes listed on the website. If you wish to do custom things, you will need to get the K-Pro. This will also allow you to properly tune the car on the dyno.
