Surging idle when warmed up

Post by bjsinfield »

We have a K20A2 in an exIMSA GTU dodge with a turbo. Just got it running but the idle surges a lot after it warms up. It did this with stock injectors and RC 550cc as well.
I think the calibration we started with is of unknown staring point. is there ay way to compare calibrations to see what is different, ie can I compare mine to one of the ones suplied as a starting point.
I have attached a calibration and a log file showing the problem.
We plan to go to the dyno tomorrow so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Brian

You have an error code and you need to resolve that first.

Code 10 P0113 IAT Sensor High Voltage

The ecu may be damaged due to faulty wiring.

The IAT error code was due to having the IAT unplugged, the symptoms are the same when it is plugged ina dn the code cleared.

The idle is too high - reduce the amount of air bypassing the throttle body.
