S200 > PW0 socketing

I swap my engine to B16A Vtec with PW0 ECU, I dont know how to do socketing. I only connect the S200 to CN3 but the S200 keep blinking.
Any Jumper I have to cut or any else I have to modify? Please help.

The s200 will not work on a PWO ecu. You will have to Convert the car to OBD1 in order to use an S200, this means using an OBD1 ecu, Distributor and 4 wire O2 sensor.
