S200 & TCS

Ok, got a problem with my S200 and my 94 sir2.
It has the tcs fitted as standard.
It has a constant tcs mil showing with my current .bin.
Can Hondata help me out with a .bin that will extinguish the mil and allow the tcs system to function.
My car was due its MOT, so I had to cut j1 to extinguish the mil to get it past, messing up the fuel and timing in the process.
And I also dont have romeditor so couldnt try any other .bin's to see if they would work.
Any help appreciated.
