jdm b18c5 swap into 92 eg

i have a problem with my swap. i have a 92 si hatch. well it only involes the wiring harness. i was wondering if anyone can help me out? is there a difference when using a p28 ecu chipped and using the stock p73 ecu, with an obd1 to obd2 adapter? also if anyone knows where i can get an obd1 to obd2 adapter? thanks......
