Acura RSX Type S 02 ECU problems.

I have Acura RSX Type S-02. Lately I started noticing Check Engine Light behaving weirdly: it was flushing while the car was idling. I went to Acura delership. Acura diagnosed Multiple Misfire Codes SP0301-0302-0303. As a solution Acura did ECU update (reloaded software). But in two days time period all the symptoms came back. This time in Acura dealership they came up with the following: valves adjustment as the solution in the beginning of their work day, then after lunch Acura came up with another version of events - slightly bent valve/piston contact from mishifting. And that was diagnosed by techician listening to the nosie. :D Now I drive 5 minutes daily to and from the ferry. So theorethically I can not do anything crazy. And how come they didn't diagnose the problem two day before, while the car was in the shop? Anyway, I didn't accept their suggestions. Now, I suspect ECU is mulfunctioning. So, here is the question, can I still use Hondata services to get K-Pro with that original ECU of mine, or, there is simply nothing I can do about it.

You can still purchase the K-Pro, but if you have engine damage you will need to get that fixed. If you have a bad ecu, then you will have to replace the ECU first before getting the K-Pro.

I really doubt there is engine problem. Check Signal clears by itself if I drive on the highway for hour or so. But thanks for the help, anyway.
