Greddy turbo kit questions! K-PRO

Ok installed my greddy kit intercooler kit 550 rc injectors and kpro.Downloaded map and started car.when it starts it idles at 2000 for about a minute then drops to 1000 the begins to surge from 1000-2000.I have checked the car 6 times for vacume leaks,I have replaced the cut lines that I spliced into with new lines with no splices leaveing out the bov and turbo acuator and still surge.the car is a 05 so everything is new only 4000 miles on the engine.I have made sure the injectors are seated and they are.
WHAT ELSE COULD BE THE CAUSE NEED HELP!!

ok i ran it again and while it was surging all of a sudden the rpm went to 2000 and the engine kinda sounded a little surgy but the rpm didnt change and it coded 14-2 Idle system malfunction. also the inj.and duty. monitering goes to 0 when it surges from idle?

Pull the idle valve off the throttle body (4 phillips screws on the bottom), remove the electrical part of the valve (2 screws) and clean the valve with solvent until it rotates freely.

Ok i did that and I loaded the IAC slider with the car not running because I was loading the parameters with the car running.
Now the idle comes down to the 800 at idle but when you come down off of the rev it still wants to bounce a little then it will come back to idle.And the idle comes up when the cooling fan comes on.
Is this running conditions normal?Not sure if the cleaning or my loading cured it?

Ok drove it to work today and everything seems fine{like 35 miles}

It seems normal. If the engine speed is slow to return to idle speed then change the idle valve slider to the left (try different settings).

What are the o2 sensor boxes for should they be enabled?The heater and sensor?

drove home from work when I got home shut it off went out 2 hours later and started it to leave and its missing now and the check engine lite came on.Dont have my laptop with me so I will check it tomarrow.Any ideas?

its not the coil pac switched them and no difference
swapped plugs around and it didnt move with the plug so thats out?
