I was wondering if someone could explain to me what exactly the alpha n settins should be set do and how to set them up correctly? I understand that this will change map to tps ,but im confused where it says map value at closed throttle and map at wot?

I believe the map value at closed throttle indicates the column the car will look at with zero throttle (idle). I would set equal to the first column value. The full throttle should be equal to the last colum (1030mbar or so).
